What Vest Markets is, and who it suits
What the firm is, who it suits, and what you will trade it on.
XSR summary
Vest Markets is a perpetual-futures exchange backed by Coinbase, Jane Street and Selini, among others; its funded program, Vest Capital, launched in 2025 and is run by Vest Exchange Inc., a Panama company. Everything trades as a USDC-margined perpetual (crypto, hundreds of US stocks, indices, commodities and FX) on Vest's own web platform; there is no MT5. There are two paths: Instant accounts, live on purchase from $10 for $500 with a 95% split, and evaluations: a configurable 1-Step (pick the target, the daily loss limit and the split) and a fixed 2-Step from $15 for $5,000. The rules are few: a static max drawdown, no consistency rule, no minimum days, no deadline, and profit claims on demand, credited in 24 hours. The catches: accounts top out at $50,000, Instant drawdown is only 2–4%, payouts are USDC only, and the terms say every account is simulated.

Suits
Trading crypto and US-stock perpetuals on a tiny budget, with simple rules (no consistency, no minimum days) and on-demand payouts.
Watch out for
Accounts top out at $50,000, and Instant drawdown is only 2–4%: touch it and the account closes for good, with no reset. Payouts are USDC only, and the terms say every account is simulated.

Vest Markets challenges and prices
Pick a program and a size. Every number is the firm's list price and rule before any code.
Live on purchase: no evaluation, no target, no daily loss limit and a 95% split. What you pay is what you can lose: the $500 account costs $10 and its max drawdown is $10 (2%); the other sizes run 4%. Paid once per attempt.

The loss limit is measured from your starting balance and never moves. The most forgiving of the three.
Illustration: a made-up path held to this account's real limits.
Once you are funded
No activation fee, minimum days, consistency rule or payout threshold. Claim profit whenever you like; it reaches your Primary Account within 24 hours and you withdraw it as USDC to your own wallet. The max drawdown is a fixed line below the starting capital that profits never move.
Vest Markets rules, in plain words
Most dangerous first. Each one says what the rule is, how it is measured, and what it looks like on a real account.
Max drawdown: one fixed line, and touching it closes the account for good
StrictEvery account has a floor set from its starting capital that never moves: 6% on evaluations, and on Instant exactly what you paid (2% on $500, 4% on the rest). Profits do not lift it. If equity, unrealized PnL included, falls below it at any moment, the account closes immediately and for good: no warning, no grace period and no reset.
Example
$25,000 Instant: you pay $1,000 and the floor is $24,000. Even after you reach $27,000 the floor stays at $24,000. A $25,000 BTC position loses that whole $1,000 on a 4% move against you.
Daily loss limit (if you chose one)
StrictChosen at purchase on evaluations (3%, 4% or none); fixed at 3% on the 2-Step; never on Instant. It resets at 8 p.m. New York time: the day's floor is the realized balance then (reserved collateral in, unrealized PnL out) times 97% or 96%, adjusted dollar for dollar for transfers. Equity, unrealized PnL included, falling below it closes the account for good.
Example
$25,000 Platinum with a 4% daily loss: a $25,000 balance at the reset sets the day's floor at $24,000, above the $23,500 max drawdown. 8 p.m. New York is 8 a.m. the next day in Hong Kong/Taipei during US daylight time, 9 a.m. otherwise.
The accounts are simulated, whatever the docs say
Watch outThe docs say funded accounts trade "real Vest capital", but the Prop Terms of Service (updated 14 October 2026) say every account, Instant included, is simulated: you supply "trade ideas", compensation is paid from the company's general funds with no payout guaranteed, and Vest may copy, hedge or ignore your trades as it sees fit. The terms are what governs a payout.
Prohibited: manipulation, multiple identities, VPNs
Watch outThe terms ban wash trading, self-trading, spoofing, manipulating prices, funding rates or oracles, and exploiting latency, bad prices or differences between venues; no multiple identities, no collusion, and no VPN to get round a restriction. API trading is not available on funded accounts. Suspected breaches can freeze payouts while Vest investigates.
Weekend lock: non-crypto markets cannot be closed at the weekend
Good to knowCrypto trades 24/7. Stocks lock from 8 p.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Sunday New York time, indices and commodities from 5 p.m. Friday to 6 p.m. Sunday, FX for the whole weekend. Positions held into a lock stay open but cannot be changed or closed, and a Monday gap counts against your drawdown.
Account limits and refunds
Good to knowUp to 10 funded accounts (both paths combined) and 100 evaluations per trader. There are no resets: a failed account is bought again. A refund is available on written request within 3 days of purchase if no trade has been placed; once you trade, it is not.

Vest Markets payouts: when, how much and how
When you can withdraw, how much, and how the money reaches you.
01 · First payout
Any time once live, with no minimum days and no profit threshold.
02 · After that
As often and as much as you like; each claim reaches your Primary Account within 24 hours, and a USDC withdrawal from there takes up to another 24 hours.
03 · Profit split
80% or 90% on the evaluation path (chosen at purchase), 95% flat on Instant; applied at each claim with no other fees.
- Minimum
- None
- Caps
- No cap on profit claims; withdrawals from the Primary Account over $50,000 in a rolling 24 hours wait an extra 24 hours.
- Payout methods
- USDC
- Before you can request
- Submit Claim Profit from the funded account's Portfolio page; you may need to close positions or cancel orders first. A claim cannot be reversed.
- Profit lands in your Primary Account first, then you withdraw USDC to a wallet: email or Google sign-ups can withdraw only on Base or Arbitrum One.
- Claimed profit (your Payout Balance) can also pay for a new funded account.
From Hong Kong or Taiwan
Neither Hong Kong nor Taiwan is on Vest's prohibited list (Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Russia, Syria, the Philippines). Payouts are USDC to your own wallet only, with no bank wire, so turning them into HKD or TWD goes through an exchange (a licensed platform in Hong Kong, or MAX or BitoPro in Taiwan) at your own conversion and withdrawal cost.
Can Hong Kong and Taiwan traders use Vest Markets?
Read from the firm's own list. A firm that bans Hong Kong or Taiwan is not listed on XSR at all.

- The docs' price tables stop at $25,000; the $50,000 "Emerald" prices come from the plan and product lists on Vest's homepage, whose prices for the smaller sizes match the docs exactly.
- Prices are the docs' Account Tiers matrix; the docs name the logged-in purchase pages as the source of record, which could not be read without an account.
- One docs page says HYPE and XRP are unavailable on funded accounts; another excludes only XRP.
- The program's launch (October 2025) comes from third-party review sites; Vest's own pages do not state it or name a CEO.
