After Hours Official Rules

01Who can take part

• You must be 18 or over, hold an approved XSR account, claim a desk handle and accept the current version of these rules.
• One person, one account. Entries from more than one account held by the same person are disqualified, and so are entries made for someone else.
• XSR staff, contractors and their immediate families never rank and cannot receive prizes. Accounts with a staff role are left off every board automatically.
• Residents of sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded, and a prize is only offered where it is lawful for you to receive it.
• You appear on a board only after you switch it on yourself: Payday has its own switch, and one switch covers every other board. Both are off until you turn them on.
• To receive a prize your account must be at least 14 days old at the end of the round. Payday goes further: an account younger than that does not appear on Payday for that month at all.

An account that is suspended, or that XSR has excluded from the boards for a breach of these rules or of the Terms of Service, does not rank while the exclusion lasts.

02Boards and how they are scored

Each board runs in rounds. A round is one board for one period — a Hong Kong calendar day, a calendar month or a season — and every board ranks exactly one thing:

• The Clubs are thresholds, not races: every member who reaches the mark is listed alphabetically by handle, with no numbers beyond the mark itself.
• No board ranks journal profit or loss, return, win rate, profit factor, trade count, spending or referrals, and no quest ever asks you to place a trade, pay, share or invite.
• The Market Maker is a game. No money is involved, and a harvest is not trading performance.

03Ties

Every ranked board breaks ties by the fixed order below, applied one step at a time until the tie is gone. The last step is an internal account identifier, so two places are never shared and a rank never depends on chance.

04Rounds, review windows and final results

• Live standings are unofficial. They update as evidence is verified and may move until the round is final.
• The Daily Cup closes at midnight and becomes final at 01:00 the next day. Monthly boards close at the end of the month and become final between 00:30 and 01:00 on the 1st; Season XP becomes final 30 minutes after the season ends.
• Payday is different, because proofs take time to review. A payout dated in the month counts only if its proof is submitted by the end of the 5th day of the next month. The board becomes final on the 8th if no proof for that month is still in review; otherwise it stays under review until XSR finalizes it, and any proof still unresolved at that moment is not counted.
• A final result is frozen: every row is stored with its rank, value and the public name shown at that moment, and the whole list is hashed and signed. A final result is never edited — a correction is a visible void note on the affected row.
• The Market Maker Championship and any round with prizes of real value are awarded by XSR after the checks in Winner checks; other rounds are awarded automatically when they become final.

05Evidence

Every board ranks evidence the server can check, and the strength of that evidence caps what a board can pay out:

• Reviewed documents (Payday): a payout proof you submit — a screenshot or document from the firm showing a one-time code XSR gave you — reviewed by XSR staff. Only the reviewed amount, firm and date are ever ranked; this is the only evidence that can lead to an evaluation voucher.
• Server replay (Daily Cup, Championship, Market Regular): your ranked run is replayed by XSR's server from your recorded inputs, and the server's result is the one that counts. Runs that look automated or edited are held off the board until a reviewer clears them.
• Server grading (Academy): only quizzes, labs and certificates graded by XSR's own server count.
• Self-reported activity (Season XP, Review Club): capped per day, and never worth more than cosmetics and Pips.

Payout proofs are reviewed against the account you track at the same firm and must be submitted within 45 days of the payout. A payout of US$10,000 or more, and any payout that would enter the Payday top 10, needs two reviewers; a payout of US$5,000 or more, or in the top 10, also needs proof that the money was received; and a winner of a voucher passes a live check first. A payout cannot be edited while its proof is active.

06Prizes

Prizes are awarded by final rank only, per round, to entries that are not voided and meet the account-age rule. As written, the prize table is:

• Places #1–3 on every board except the Daily Cup and the Clubs also receive the Top 10 badge. Trophies are stamped with the board, period and rank they were won for.
• Soft Open, November 2026: trophies and Pips only — every place that lists plan time, a coach session or a voucher pays twice its Pips instead. Plan time and coach sessions begin with the December 2026 rounds.
• Evaluation vouchers are offered only from the date XSR announces them on this page. Until then, each voucher place receives 30 days of the Group plan and 1,000 Pips instead.
• A voucher pays for one evaluation purchase — no resets, no activation fees and no second billing period — at a firm on the prize shelf frozen into your prize when it is awarded: firms that fully serve both Hong Kong and Taiwan, that XSR has confirmed will sell to you in your own name or issue a 100% coupon, and that sell at least one plan within the cap after the XSR code. The caps are US$300, US$150 and US$100 for Payday · Open #1–3 and US$150 for Payday · Rookie #1.
• One voucher per person per month: if you win a voucher on both Payday boards, you keep the larger and the other passes to the next eligible rank.
• A prize must be claimed in your Vault within 30 days (14 days for a prize passed down to you). Plan time is added to your current plan: a stronger or permanent plan is never shortened, and if you already hold a permanent plan you receive 1,000 Pips instead.

07No purchase necessary

• No purchase is necessary to take part or to win. A paid plan gives no advantage on any board and no Strongboxes, Pips or pass tiers.
• There is no cash alternative to any prize — no cash, PayPal, cryptocurrency or reimbursement. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• A voucher is fulfilled either with a single-use coupon issued by the firm, or by XSR buying the evaluation on the firm's own checkout in your legal name and email, so the account is yours from the start.

08Winner checks

• To claim a voucher you give the legal name and email the firm should use, and confirm that you are 18 or over, not staff or family of staff, hold one account only, may lawfully open an account at that firm, and understand there is no cash alternative.
• Before a voucher is fulfilled, XSR checks the payout proofs that counted toward your place again, live. Before the Market Maker Championship is awarded, XSR reviews the replays of its top 10.
• Your legal name and email are encrypted, used only to fulfil the prize, and deleted 90 days after fulfilment.

09Disqualification and corrections

• Fraud, a forged or edited document, a manipulated run, more than one account, or any other breach of these rules voids the entry. A voided row stays in place and shows that it was voided; nobody else's rank moves.
• An unfulfilled prize of a voided entry passes down once to the next eligible rank. A prize that was already fulfilled is voided with a public note and is not awarded again, and the trophies of that place are withdrawn.
• A prize that is declined, or not claimed in time, passes down once to the next eligible rank. A prize that has already passed down does not pass down again.

10What is public

• Only what you opt into is shown, under your handle, display name and chosen look — never your real name, email address, country or plan.
• Switching Payday on means your exact verified payout amounts, firms and dates are public under your handle.
• You can opt out at any time. You disappear from live boards at once; results that are already final keep your rank and value but show you as a private trader.

11Strongboxes and odds

Strongboxes are earned, never sold. Their contents are cosmetic and cannot be traded, sold or exchanged for money or prizes of monetary value.

• You earn a Bell Box for each new level, a Milestone Safe for every tenth level, a Welcome Box when you claim your desk, and boxes from the Desk Pass. Strongboxes never come from payouts, profit, purchases, referrals or board placements.
• The odds, the pity rules and the item pool of every box are published on the odds page (/rewards/odds), and every opening comes with a fairness receipt you can verify.
• A change to the odds or pools is announced at least 7 days ahead and applies only to boxes granted after it; a box keeps the odds it was granted under.

12Changes to these rules

We give at least 7 days' notice of a material change, on this page and in your Inbox. A change never takes away a prize already offered to you. Joining a board or claiming a prize requires accepting the current version.

13Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory protection the law of the place where you live gives you.
