Open TX3 FuturesWhat it covers
TX3 has no public code right now. Every model shows '40% off for a limited time' against a struck-through price, but the checkout charges the lower figure with no code (Core 50K: $159, shown against $265). The prices on this page are those checkout prices.

What TX3 Futures is, and who it suits
What the firm is, who it suits, and what you will trade it on.
XSR summary
TX3 Futures is the futures brand of the former TopTier Trader (its checkout still runs under the TopTier name), operated by TX3 Futures LLC and funding traders since about 2022. Every model is a one-time fee with no activation fee: TX3 Core and TX3 Prestige are one-phase evaluations with a 6% target, and TX3 Instant is funded from the moment you buy. Drawdowns trail end of day and stop at the starting balance, daily limits lock you out rather than fail you, and the split is 90%. The catch: after this month's renaming, TX3's own pages contradict each other on minimum days, winning-day thresholds and Prestige's activation fee, so check your dashboard before you trade.

Watch out for
Renamed this month (SX→Core, GTX→Prestige) and its own pages still contradict each other — trust the checkout and the newest help article.

TX3 Futures challenges and prices
Pick a program and a size. Every number is the firm's list price and rule before any code.
TX3's entry evaluation (formerly SX): one phase, a 6% target, and no consistency rule or daily loss limit during the evaluation. You must be flat every afternoon, with no overnight holding, and once funded payouts need a 40% consistency rate. Paid once per attempt.

The loss limit trails your closing balance once a day. Overnight profits raise your floor; intraday swings do not.
Illustration: a made-up path held to this account's real limits.
Once you are funded
No activation fee. The funded account keeps the end-of-day trailing drawdown, which stops at the starting balance. The 50K has a 2.5% ($1,250) soft daily loss that locks you out until the next day; TX3's site shows none on 100K/150K. Payouts need 3 winning days and a 40% consistency rate, $100 minimum, up to 50% of profit per request, capped at $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,000.
TX3 Futures rules, in plain words
Most dangerous first. Each one says what the rule is, how it is measured, and what it looks like on a real account.
End-of-day trailing max drawdown (hard breach)
StrictThe max drawdown follows your end-of-day balance upward and stops once it reaches the starting balance. It only moves after the close; if the account falls to it, that is a hard breach and the account is closed for good. Core and Prestige: 4% on 50K, 3% on 100K/150K. Instant: 4% on every size.
Example
Core 50K: the line starts at $48,000. Close at $51,000 and it moves to $49,000; a $50,500 close leaves it there; close at $52,000 and it reaches $50,000, where it stays for good.
Daily loss is a soft lockout
Watch outThere is no daily loss limit during evaluations. Once funded: Prestige 2%; Core 2.5% on the 50K only, per TX3's site; Instant 2.5% on 50K and up (none on 25K). Hitting it locks trading until the next session without failing the account — but the day's loss still brings you closer to the max drawdown.
Example
A funded Prestige 100K has a $2,000 daily limit. Start the day at $103,000; at $101,000 trading locks until the next session, and the account survives.
Consistency rules differ by model
Watch outNo single day's profit may exceed a set share of total profit: 50% on Prestige (evaluation and payouts), 40% on Core payouts (none in its evaluation), 20% on Instant payouts. Over the limit, you cannot pass or withdraw until more trading days bring the share down.
Example
Instant 50K has a $3,000 profit goal. If your best day is $900, that is 30%, over the 20% limit, so total profit must reach $4,500 ($900 ÷ 0.20).
Flat by the close (except Prestige)
Watch outCore and Instant may not hold overnight: anything open at 4:10 p.m. New York time is closed automatically, except on holidays, when you must close it yourself. Avoid holding through the 5–6 p.m. daily maintenance break. Prestige may hold past the close.
Example
4:10 p.m. in New York is 4:10 a.m. in Hong Kong and Taipei (5:10 a.m. after US clocks change on 1 November).
Tick scalping is flagged
StrictMost trades should last over 1–2 minutes and aim for roughly $200 per contract. Repeatedly closing at 1–2 ticks, or keeping most trades under an instrument's minimum point target, gets flagged — more so when combined with high trade counts.
Example
NQ is $20 a point, so its 10-point benchmark is $200; GC's is 2 points and CL's 20. A history of NQ trades closed at 2–3 points ($40–$60) can be judged tick scalping.
Payout conditions and caps
Watch outCore: 3 winning days of at least $250, 40% consistency, $100 minimum, at most 50% of profit per request. Prestige: winning days of $250+ (5 per the help centre, 3 per the model page) and 50% consistency. Instant: reach the profit goal first; $1,000 minimum. Everyone completes KYC before the first payout.
Example
Core 100K with $4,000 of profit: you may request up to $2,000 (50%) and receive $1,800 at 90%; the rest stays in the account.
2% price-limit rule
Watch outYou may not open trades when a contract is within 2% of its CME daily price limit; this applies to funded accounts. Limits reset at 5:05 p.m. Chicago time, and the platform's % Net Change column shows how close you are.
Example
If ES's overnight limit is 7%, stop opening trades once ES is about 5% up or down on the day.
Activity and account limits
Good to knowSim-funded and live funded accounts need at least one trade every 7 days or may be marked inactive or breached. One person, and one household, may hold 6 sim-funded accounts and 10 evaluations.
Prohibited strategies
StrictBanned: straddles, strangles and other plays on the instant news spike, copying another trader, hedging across accounts, grid, martingale, latency arbitrage, high-frequency trading, guaranteed limit orders and, under the Terms of Use, bots or automated scripts. Buying many evaluations and letting some fail (account rolling) and all-or-nothing trades are also penalised.
Trading styles

Most trades should last over 1–2 minutes and aim for about $200 a contract; tick scalping is flagged.
TX3 Futures payouts: when, how much and how
When you can withdraw, how much, and how the money reaches you.
01 · First payout
Core: after 3 winning days. Prestige: after 5 winning days per the help centre (3 per the model page). Instant: once the profit goal is reached, with no minimum days. KYC must be complete first.
02 · After that
TX3 publishes no fixed payout calendar; you can request whenever your model's winning-day and consistency conditions are met. Requests are processed in 1–3 business days.
03 · Profit split
90% on every model.
- Minimum
- $100 on Core and Prestige; $1,000 on Instant.
- Caps
- Per request: Core $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,000 and no more than 50% of profit; Prestige $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,000; Instant $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500.
- Payout methods

- Crypto (USDT ERC-20)
- Before you can request
- KYC complete: valid ID, proof of address dated within 3 months (a different document from the ID) and a live selfie; one verified profile per person.
- The model's winning days met (the help centre defines a winning day as at least $250 profit).
- The model's consistency rate met: Core 40%, Prestige 50%, Instant 20%.
- A Rise account or a USDT (ERC-20) wallet address set up in the dashboard.
- Residency verifiable as an unrestricted country, or the payout is refused.
From Hong Kong or Taiwan
Neither Hong Kong nor Taiwan is on TX3's restricted list. The most direct rail is USDT to your own wallet — make sure the address is on Ethereum (ERC-20); Rise is the alternative. KYC needs a proof of address dated within 3 months, and TX3 refuses payouts if your residency cannot be verified.
Can Hong Kong and Taiwan traders use TX3 Futures?
Read from the firm's own list. A firm that bans Hong Kong or Taiwan is not listed on XSR at all.

Not restricted
Applied by residence: residents of these countries may not register or trade, and using a VPN to get around it ends the account. Payouts are refused if your residency cannot be verified as unrestricted, even if you opened the account elsewhere.

- Prices: the site shows a struck-through price 40% higher on every model as a 'limited time' offer; we list the price the checkout charges (unchanged since September), which is the only one ever charged.
- Prestige activation fee: three current Prestige articles and the checkout settings say none, but the help-centre collection blurb and introduction article still say $149.
- Evaluation minimum days: the help centre says 5 (Core) and 3 (Prestige); the checkout's evaluation settings say 0.
- Winning days for payouts: the help centre says $250 a day, the site's code $150; for Prestige the help centre says 5 days, the model page 3.
- Prestige consistency: the model page's copy says 40%, while its own table and the help centre say 50%; we use 50%.
- Core funded daily loss: the help centre says 2.5% on every size; the site's table and checkout settings show it on the 50K only, which we follow.
- Where the drawdown stops: most articles say at the starting balance; one article on moving to funded says starting balance plus $100.
- TX3 names no CEO and publishes no commission table; 'New York' is the dateline of the firm's July 2026 press release. A 'Prestige Redline' model appears in the site's code and help-centre index but not in the checkout, so it is not listed.
