Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms govern XSR Refer & Earn (the Programme), the referral programme run by Visionerse Ltd. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service. Joining the Programme means you accept them.

The short version

  • Earn 15% (20% from your 4th Enrolled Friend, 25% from your 8th) of what we collect for the video programme and 15% (20% from your 4th Enrolled Friend, 25% from your 8th) for the 1-on-1 programme, when someone you referred buys it.
  • A person counts as yours if they create a new account within 60 days of clicking your link (last click wins).
  • Commission waits 14 days (the refund window) before it becomes payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse it.
  • Request a payout once you have US$50 available. We normally pay within 30 days, in USD.
  • Always disclose that you earn a commission. Never promise profits, passes or income, and never give trading advice to promote XSR.
  • One level only: you earn on your own referrals, never on anyone else's.

This summary is here to help you read the document. The full text below is what applies.

01Joining

  • Any XSR account holder aged 18 or over, in good standing, can join from the Refer & Earn page. You accept these terms, and the version you accepted is recorded.
  • You join as an individual (or for your own business). You may hold only one affiliate account.
  • We may decline an application, or ask for more information about how you plan to promote XSR, at our discretion.

02What counts as a referral

A Referred Student is a person who:

  1. 1.clicks your referral link (or any XSR link carrying your code);
  2. 2.creates a new XSR account — by email or with Google — within 60 days of that click, without clicking another affiliate's link in between (last click wins); and
  3. 3.did not already have an XSR account, and is not you.

Attribution is recorded when the account is created and cannot move to another affiliate afterwards. It relies on a cookie in the visitor's browser: if they clear or block cookies, switch device or browser, or type the address by hand, we may not be able to credit you, and we cannot add referrals manually except to correct an error on our side.

03Commission

You earn commission on each Qualifying Purchase — an XSR Academy programme bought and paid for by a Referred Student while your affiliate account is active.

ProgrammeCommission
Self-paced video programme15% of the amount collected (20% from your 4th Enrolled Friend, 25% from your 8th)
1-on-1 programme15% of the amount collected (20% from your 4th Enrolled Friend, 25% from your 8th)
  • The amount collected is the course price actually paid, after any discount, and excluding card processing fees and taxes.
  • The rate is fixed at the moment the payment is confirmed. A later change to the rates never changes a commission already earned.
  • An Enrolled Friend is a Referred Student with at least one Qualifying Purchase that has not been refunded, charged back or reversed. Each person counts once, whichever programme they bought. Where a rate rises with your Enrolled Friends, the rate for a purchase is set by the count when its payment is confirmed, that student included; a later refund lowers the count for later purchases only.
  • We may agree a different personal rate with you in writing; it applies from the date we agree it and replaces the rates above for the programme it covers.
  • No commission is earned on free access, on access granted by our team or a promotional code, or on purchases by you or your own accounts.

04The hold, refunds and chargebacks

  • Each commission is pending for 14 days after the payment is confirmed — the period in which the purchase can be refunded — and then becomes payable.
  • If the purchase is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent while the commission is pending or payable, the commission is reversed. If it was part of a payout request that has not been paid yet, that payout is reduced accordingly.
  • If the commission was already paid out, a matching negative adjustment is added to your balance and deducted from your future commission. If your account closes with a negative balance, we may ask you to repay it.

05Payouts

  • You can request a payout from the Refer & Earn page once your payable balance is at least US$50. Only one payout request can be open at a time, and you can cancel it until we start processing it.
  • We pay by PayPal, bank transfer or another method we agree, in USD, to an account in your own name, normally within 30 days of your request. You may instead choose course credit where we offer it.
  • Before paying, we may ask you to confirm your identity, your payout account and, where required, tax information. We may withhold a payout until we receive it.
  • We cover our own sending fees. Fees charged by your bank, PayPal or an intermediary, and currency conversion, are yours.
  • Please keep your payout details accurate. We are not responsible for a payment sent to details you gave us that turn out to be wrong.

06Tax and your status

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, partner or franchisee, and you cannot make promises or sign anything on our behalf. Commissions are paid gross. You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax on them where you live. If the law requires us to withhold tax or report payments, we will do so.

07You must disclose the relationship

Whenever you share your link or promote XSR, you must say clearly — close to the link, in the language of your audience, and before anyone clicks — that you earn a commission if they buy. For example:

  • "I earn a commission if you join XSR Academy through my link."
  • 「透過我的連結加入 XSR Academy,我會獲得佣金。」
  • On social platforms, also use the platform's paid-partnership or ad label where one exists, and #ad / #廣告.

Your recommendation must reflect your honest opinion and your real experience of XSR.

08How you may not promote XSR

XSR is education. Promoting it with promises of money breaks advertising and financial-services laws in Hong Kong, Taiwan and elsewhere, and it is the fastest way to lose your affiliate account.

You must not:

  • claim or suggest that XSR will make anyone profitable, guarantee a prop-firm pass or payout, or state or imply typical earnings or returns;
  • give investment advice, trade signals or copy-trading in connection with your link, or present yourself as licensed if you are not;
  • show trading results, payouts or screenshots as typical, or that you cannot back up;
  • say or imply that you are XSR, work for XSR, or speak for us; or use "XSR" or our logos in a domain, account name, app or ad account;
  • bid on "XSR" or our brand names in paid search, or run ads that send traffic straight to your link without our written permission;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link in XSR's own community spaces or in groups where it is not allowed;
  • offer cash back, rebates or part of your commission to people who buy, unless we approve it in writing;
  • list your code on coupon or deal sites, use cookie stuffing, pop-ups, hidden or forced clicks, bots or fake accounts;
  • earn commission on your own purchases — including through a second account, an account you control, or a purchase someone in your household makes for you;
  • target anyone under 18, or promote XSR where it is unlawful to do so;
  • make false or disparaging statements about others, or break any law or any platform's rules.

09Data about the people you refer

You see a limited, masked view of your referrals (for example a•••@gmail.com, the programme bought and the commission). You must not try to identify or contact anyone from that information, or use it for anything other than checking your commission. Your own data as an affiliate is handled under our Privacy Policy; your payout details are stored encrypted.

10Pausing and ending your participation

  • You can leave the Programme at any time by emailing contact@xsrtrade.com. Commission already earned stays yours: once it clears the hold, we pay it on request, even if it is below the minimum.
  • We may pause your affiliate account while we look into suspected breaches of these terms or unusual activity. While paused, your link does not credit new referrals and payouts are held. Commission keeps being credited on purchases by the Referred Students you already have, and everything held is released if the review finds no breach.
  • We may end your participation with 14 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. If you breach them, commission earned through that breach is forfeited; other earned commission is paid as above.
  • We may pause or close the Programme as a whole. If we pause it, commission on purchases by your existing Referred Students continues to be credited; if we close it, we give at least 30 days' notice and pay what has been earned.

11Changes to these terms

We may change these terms or the rates. We will give at least 14 days' notice on the Refer & Earn page or by email. Changes apply only to purchases made after they take effect. If a change is material, you will be asked to accept the new version before your next payout request; if you do not agree, you can leave the Programme and keep what you have already earned.

12Liability and general terms

The Programme is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of the way you promoted XSR. The Programme is single-level: there are no commissions on the referrals or earnings of other affiliates, and no fee to join. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as set out in our Terms of Service.
